CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is valuable—and so is mine! Please read the policy below to ensure a smooth and respectful booking experience for all clients: 🔒 Card on File: A valid card is required to book. It will only be charged in case of a no-show or late cancellation. ❌ Cancellation Fee: A 50% fee will be charged for any cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. This allows me to offer that spot to someone else. 🚨 Emergencies: Life happens. If you experience a genuine emergency, please call or text me directly. I understand that things come up and will handle each situation with care and flexibility. 🔁 Rescheduling: Appointments can only be rescheduled once within 1 week of the original date to prevent blocking spots that can’t be filled on short notice. ⚖️ Fairness First: My goal is to be fair and accommodating while also respecting everyone’s time.
